Estimated Transit Times Once your order leaves the production facility, standard transit time across Canada is generally 3 to 7 business days, depending on your province. Because all Maple Print products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the sizing charts provided on each product page carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of product delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will review the defect and process a replacement immediately.
